Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on items that are unwashed and have the original tags and packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And order number so we can verify the order.
Please Note:
- Return requests must occur within 7 days of when the original order was received.
- If the item you are looking to return was a part of a gift set or multi-piece pack, all of the items included must be returned.
- Any promotional items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.
- Original shipping costs and “Duties & Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded.
- New, unworn items, with tags still on them are eligible for returns.
If tags have been removed and the product has been worn, we will not accept a return and no credit will be given to your original form of payment.
- We only accept returns for eligible products purchased on Lunahkids.com
- Lunah Kids Co monitors Return Activity and reserve the right to limit returns.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
